Return Policy
Can I return an item I have purchased?
We know that sometimes the piece you thought was so perfect just doesn't work out. If you would like to return an item, please notify us within 48 hours of the item being delivered. Email us with the subject "return."
Once we are notified and the return has been approved a return shipping label will be emailed to you. The item needs to be returned back to us in no more than 5 business days. Item/s must be in their original packaging with tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. Once received, you will be issued store credit for the orignal amount, minus the returning shipping label fee.
We do not accept returns on any discounted items including SALE items or CLEARANCE items. The "type" of item is always listed in the first line on our sale post in our VIP Facebook group.
